Self-regulation
Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting and the Code of Conduct of Broadcasters adopted by the Georgian National Communication Commission (GNCC) in 2009, broadcasters are obliged to establish an efficient complains mechanism for considering customers’ complaints.If a broadcaster breaches the Code of Conduct, apply to us through filling out a provided questionnaire and the Media Development Foundation, MDF will present your complaint in a broadcaster's self-regulation body.

The development of the system of justice for the legal consciousness and increasing the accessibility of justice, media component
The goal of the project:The raising of legal consciousness and improvement of the accessibility to justice for everybody.
Activities:Media Development Foundation within the frames of the media component of the project published monthly newspaper supplement Public lawyer in the newspaper 24 Hour and prepared the cycle of radio programs Public lawyer on radio Green Wave. Within the frames of the project the MDF also organized the meetings of the Legal Aid Service with the students of law faculty in 5 high schools in Tbilisi, competition for students and the instructional seminars for journalists on the issue of accessibility of free legal aid.
