Self-regulation

Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting and the Code of Conduct of Broadcasters adopted by the Georgian National Communication Commission (GNCC) in 2009, broadcasters are obliged to establish an efficient complains mechanism for considering customers’ complaints.

If  a broadcaster breaches the Code of Conduct, apply to us through filling out a provided questionnaire and the Media Development Foundation, MDF will present your complaint in a broadcaster's self-regulation body.

Diversity Sunday School for minority students

Within the framework of the project supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Georgia and implemented by the Media Development Foundation, MDF non-Georgian speaking students of Iv. Javakishvili Tbilisi State University and Ilia State University enrolled under the quota system will have a chance to participate in Diversity Sunday School program. 

Participants will be selected based on the cover letters.

The program offers a practical course in civil journalism; thematic lectures and discussions; production of media content and face book page. At the end of the program the Jury will reveal authors of the 3 best media content and award them with a special prizes. The first place winner will undertake one month internship in Radio Freedom /Radio Liberty.
