Donor: Internews Network
Budget: 29,860 $
Duration: May 1, 2021 - March 1, 2022

The project envisages Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian language regional media monitoring on conflicts, peace initiatives and security issues. It aims to provide minority audiences in Georgia with quality information about regional developments and help them to avoid disinformation and propaganda.

Social Media Monitoring will be implemented by using Crowdtangle monitoring tool, and intends to study the quality of media reporting on these issues and help identify and determine the origins and the path of disinformation, key narratives and messages and instances of unbalanced, unsubstantiated reporting.

Based on the monitoring findings, the report will be developed that will analyze the revealed tendencies and elaborate recommendations for key stakeholders.
