Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting and the Code of Conduct of Broadcasters adopted by the Georgian National Communication Commission (GNCC) in 2009, broadcasters are obliged to establish an efficient complains mechanism for considering customers’ complaints.If a broadcaster breaches the Code of Conduct, apply to us through filling out a provided questionnaire and the Media Development Foundation, MDF will present your complaint in a broadcaster's self-regulation body.

MDF calls upon IPN and other media outlets not to circulate materials relating to the private life
On March 11, the secret video recordings depicting the private life of one of the politician was disseminated through the social network.
At 16:11, the news agency IPN published the
information in relation to the fact, which enabled to identify that specific
person as well as the channel of dissemination.
Media
Development Foundation calls on IPN as well as other media outlets, not to circulate materials
relating to the private life regardless of how reliable or questionable is the source
of such materials.
P.S The similar material was disseminated by radio Fortuna. It should be mentioned, that
the descriptive part of the information disseminated by Radio Fortuna and the news agency IPN was
absolutely identical without making reference to the source of information.
