Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting and the Code of Conduct of Broadcasters adopted by the Georgian National Communication Commission (GNCC) in 2009, broadcasters are obliged to establish an efficient complains mechanism for considering customers’ complaints.If a broadcaster breaches the Code of Conduct, apply to us through filling out a provided questionnaire and the Media Development Foundation, MDF will present your complaint in a broadcaster's self-regulation body.

Media Development Foundation expresses the worry about the incident happened at the territory of "Lilo” fair on October 21 where the members of the security of the fair , following to the spread information, had beaten the journalist of the TV company "Caucasia” and damaged the camera of 1TV.
We hope that the incident will be investigated and the reaction will follow on the facts of hampering professional activities of journalists.
Herewith confirming our consideration to the integrity of editorial independence, we hope that in future national channels won’t slight themes that may be the objects of interest of the society, furthermore the cases concerning information about making problems during professional activities to their colleagues.
