Self-regulation
Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting and the Code of Conduct of Broadcasters adopted by the Georgian National Communication Commission (GNCC) in 2009, broadcasters are obliged to establish an efficient complains mechanism for considering customers’ complaints.If a broadcaster breaches the Code of Conduct, apply to us through filling out a provided questionnaire and the Media Development Foundation, MDF will present your complaint in a broadcaster's self-regulation body.

Manager of Fundraising and Organizational Development
Media Development Foundation announces a call for the position of Manager of Fundraising and Organizational Development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Development of the organization's long-term (3-year) strategy and relevant actions plan;
- Introduction of effective assessment and monitoring system;
- Raising financial resources needed to execute the organization's strategic and action plan;
- Maintenance of donor databases and ongoing monitoring of grant applications;
- Preparation of project applications in coordination and collaboration with program directors and financial manager;
- Communication with donors and organization of regular meetings for future cooperation purposes;
- Participation in reporting process with donor organizations;
- Preparation of the organization’s annual reports and introduction of internal reporting system;
- Communication of the organization's activities (ongoing and completed projects, other activities);
- Implementation of the organization's Code of Conduct and other systems of internal accountability;
- Supporting professional development of employees.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Higher education in public administration, management, business management and other relevant fields;
- At least 1 year of working experience in the field of fund-raising and organizational development;
- Fluency in English;
- Academic writing skills in English’
- Sense of responsibility
- Social skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
- computer skills
Salary: net 3500
